A little older [Sunday
October 8th, 2006
[ mood | melancholy ]

Well I am officially 29 years old. Sigh...I still dont feel that old...but then again I feel ancient if you know what I mean....the bonfire I had for my birthday was a blast. I love fires. They makes me happy. Marc wore the sweatshirt that he wore Friday night yesterday and I kept sniffing him...he smelled soo good!! I hope I can have a few more before it gets too cold. The only downside to the whole night was that my rear end was a rock solid piece of ice by the end of the night. It was a nice night. I have been having a rough time of it lately and I am not quite sure why. I am really moody and just blah. I dunno...maybe I just dont want to get older! Well I have to go make dinner for the kids and get them to bed....school in the morning...fun fun. Talk to you all later

Another Day [Sunday
July 30th, 2006

you can tell when my life gets reall hum drum....I start posting blogs like crazy. Today there was not much to report. No fish catastrophes...well one of them died....probably my fault....not that I care...

I have a booming headache that has not gone away all day. I have taken pill after pill and nothing. But my kids are finally all in bed so maybe it will stop now....here's hoping.

Well that is all. I am getting back into a routine tomorrow. Drop kids off at day camp...work out...come home...fix lunch...naps...pick kids up....dinner....snack....bedtime....pass out.....

My Phobia [Saturday
July 29th, 2006
I have a phobia. It is bad. I apperently looked like a complete wuss in front of my kids because of it. I can't handle fish. They creep me out. I don't know why. I set this fish tank up for the kids....a really small one.  Isaiah dumped half a jar of fish food into the tank. It was a rescue mission that I was not prepared for. OMG! I could not fish those suckers out.....and when I did one of them flopped onto the floor.....I screamed.....it was pathetic. My poor babies screamed along with me and I couldn't help them because there was no way on this earth i was going to touch that teeny tiny fish.  Alex saved the day by scooping it up and throwing it into the glass we had out for the fish. After five harrowing minutes of trying to find one of the fish....he was under the rocks.....I only had one fish left. The algea eater, freaky looking, bottom feeder one......He was a flopper. I peed a little trying to get him out. half an hour later the fish are now swimming in a clean tank with fresh rocks and an algea eater that might not make it through the night....I beat the tar out of it (well it was out to get me....sheeesh). My heart is still pounding and the babies are traumatized.......

I hate fish.....

Blue's Clues News [Friday
July 28th, 2006
So I know that I have kind of abandoned Live Journal for myspace....well not really but I like myspace....anyways I thought it might be a good idea to post a blog on LJ to let all my LJ beeyatches know how life is for me. Marc won a trip tp Las Vegas Last month and we had a BLAST...it was the bombdizzle:) I can not say enough good things about Las Vegas...the lights..the excitement....the free porn handed out to you at every turn...amazing! We also went on our first official family vacation this month. No, we didn't go to disney world.....but it was fun....we went to the UP!! Weeeee!! Actually it was really nice. We rented a cabin at a place called Log Cabin Resort  (http://www.uplogcabin.com), we went with my WHOLE family....well actually my whole family minus my Brother Aaron. My sis and her hubby rented a cabin right next to us and on the other side of us were my parents and my little bro, Joel.

Really really fun!

Well I have to go...Blues Clues is back on......I am on edge....Will Steve find all of Blues Clues?? Stay tuned to find out......

Ramblings [Monday
June 5th, 2006
[ mood | busy ]

So I decide that an update was in order and since the great dryer sheet mystery of 2006 has been averted at least for now I have decided to write about something a little bit more in depth. Not alot more....just a little bit

Marc recently won (earned) a trip to Las Vegas....we go on June 22nd to the 25th. I am excited and a bit nervous about leaving my kids for that long. But not to nervous;)

We are going on vacation on July 15th-July 22nd!!We rented a cabin in the up (www.logcabinresort.com) if anyone is interested. We are going with my parents and sister and brother in law!! That is going to be fun too!

I have been super busy lately...between Baseball, Church, and life in general I have been really stretched on time as of late:( Speaking of time...I have to jet...Alex gets out of school in a few mins and I have to pick her up...only two and half more days!! WOOO HOOOO!! Well I am out of here!! Bye

[ mood | perplexed ]

Sigh....so I know that is has been a while since I posted an update or anything for that matter. And it is not like I have been not around...I visit this site all the time...but I for some reason have not had the energy to sit down and actually put my thoughts into words and then type those words out for a blog...not that I really even have anything all that interesting to relay. Some of my friends when they post they wax philosophical and go deep....well I am not that person right now...and some of my friends have interesting lives so they can post these long entries about where they have been and who they hung out with.....also not me at the moment:( In fact the biggest thought that has been plauguing me lately has not been very deep nor very exciting. But since I have to post something here it goes: Dryer Sheets......now to most people they are not a very important thought topic but to me this is top on my mind. I have bought three packs of dryer sheets this month...now I buy the big 100 sheet packs so given the fact that I loathe laundry....I should have two and a half packs left at least....right?? WRONG. Somehow after opening a new pack of dryer sheets and using them for about a week.....the dryer sheets and all evidence of them flat out disappear. How you might ask? Well if I knew, than I would not be so perplexed. I am so frustrated right now because I have staticy and not so fresh smelling laundry because of my dryer sheet mystery. Now I know that I could use my fabric softener on my clothes....but I only use my DOWNY (which is over $4 a bottle....a small bottle) for towels and sheets. I want to find my dryer sheets. That is all. Life would fall back into place and the world would once again begin to spin on its axis...dryer sheets...simple. So, if you have read this whole post then you are probably Marc and you are wondering why I am at the computer and not actually doing the laundry instead of complaining about it.....and if you are not Marc...well i am sorry you wasted all this time to see if I had anything deep to say...because I dont. I am going to go now and wash some clothes and vacuum....Goodbye

Whooo Hoooo!! Less than a week until Phantom of the Opera!!! FRONT ROW SEATS BABY!!!!! I am soo excited I have never been to a Brodway type production before. I really hope Sarah gets her essay in to her dad before then though....he is not happy that she did not hand it in before she went a way to camp....not cool. BIG NEWS!! [Saturday
April 15th, 2006
[ mood | ecstatic ]

So lately I have been working out at this gym every weekday and doing some classes! I lost 12 pounds but with a body like mine.....twelve pounds while it sounds like a lot I could not see from where I lost it... SOOOOO......I went to my friend Lizzies house today for a fun Easter Egg hunt and a big lunch (YUMMMM) and she had bought all the kids easter outfits earlier this week (she is soooo sweet) but Sarah did not have one so we laid the kiddo's down for a nap and left with Sarah to go shopping.....not my favorite activity....but still.... I decided to try on some clothes....not a good experience for me...we were in the Juniors section were an x-large is for a size 6.....not fun. So we went to Lizzie's house and she gave me this pair of capri jeans that were a size smaller than my jeans. I laughed at her. Guess what....not only did they fit.....but I look HOT in them.....WOOOO HOOOO....and it is not a fluke...I tried on other pants of the same size. Ya'll....I dropped a whole pants size....omg....I am soo excited.....well that is my big news! Sorry if I bored you! BYE!!

[ mood | contemplative ]

Well it has been awhile since i have truly updated my journal. Things have been going really good for me. I have LOST 10 lbs so far and I am soooooo excited about it. I only have about 50 more pounds to go....lol. I have been working out at the gym every weekday now and have taken some of the classes they have available. They are torture but I am doing it....whew!! marc and I have been doing good. We get along so well now that it is almost scary. We have had a few bumps in the road but nothing major. Have I ever mentioned that I cannot stand Charter? OMG....some of the people there are a piece of work I tell you...I can't really go into it but I will say that drama is annoying. Although I do enjoy the gossip I hate being caught up in drama.....why cant we all just get along:) lol..... My children have not totally succeeded in driving my to the loony bin....but in that area I think they are very close....!!
I had a great Spring Break with my kids and with Marc. We had so much fun. I am glad school is starting again though....I need a break!! Well I have nothing else to say right now. I am tired and I still have to go back to church and work in the nursery....whew....:)

Hopefully I can keep this thing updated! Later folks!

How You Are In Love

You take a while to fall in love with someone. Trust takes time.

You tend to give more than take in relationships.

You tend to get very attached when you're with someone. You want to see your love all the time.

You love your partner unconditionally and don't try to make them change.

You are fickle and tend to fall out of love easily. You bounce from romance to romance.

You Should Be a Joke Writer

You're totally hilarious, and you can find the humor in any situation.
Whether you're spouting off zingers, comebacks, or jokes about life...
You usually can keep a crowd laughing, and you have plenty of material.
You have the makings of a great comedian - or comedic writer.
